Shipping Policy


Free shipping worldwide by air, typically via FedEx or UPS.
Once your order is placed, please allow 2-5 weeks for assembly, depending on the doll, and an additional 3-7 business days for shipping time.  All our dolls are hand-made and thoroughly tested for quality before shipping.
Note: Shipping times will be delayed for the Chinese New Year holiday in February every year, as most sex doll manufacturers shut down for 2-3 weeks.  
When shipped, you will be provided with the FedEx or UPS tracking code.  All packaging is discreet, there are no labels, markings, or logos.  
We offer package protection available at checkout through the third-party company Route.  Their services cover damage, loss, and theft. 

Payments

  • We accept payment by Credit Card (all major cards accepted).  
  • We also offer payment plans to reduce upfront costs for our customers.  
  • Major Cryptocurrencies are also accepted.

Returns

  • We take product quality extremely seriously, every doll is thoroughly inspected and tested before leaving our studio.
  • Upon initial receipt of the doll, if there appears to be a defect or damage, please contact us within 24 hours 
  • We do not offer refunds for any other reason other than a product damaged on arrival.

Order Cancellations

  • Customers may cancel their orders within 24 hours of placing the order.  After the 24-hour window, order cancellation is not possible. 
  • Note: Ready To Ship Dolls ship out immediately upon order placement and therefore cannot be cancelled after the order is placed.  The 24-hour policy does not apply to “Ready to Ship” Dolls listed here.
  • Please email us with your order number for any cancellations or order inquiries.  

International Orders: Customs Taxes and Import Duties

Note:  For orders outside the United States, we are not able to provide assistance on taxes and duties charged by your country’s customs upon reception of the goods.

Following a successful order, you will receive an email with the purchase details and an invoice to confirm payment.

There are two situations. The first is that you did not fill in the email address when submitting the order. Any information about the order needs to be sent by email. The second is that the email was sent successfully, but it was filtered or considered as spam. Please check your spam. If not, please contact us.

Yes, but we recommend that you inform us within two days of placing your order (the sooner the better).

About Cancellation: If you contact us after our product has been produced, then we will charge a cancellation fee of 20% based on the order. Because the products are unique, we will not resell them and will destroy them to protect the rights of other customers. If the product is produced and leaves our store and is handed over to the courier service company, then you cannot cancel the order.

About Modification: If your product has already been produced, we will be able to change it for you with and extra 50% payment of the product

Due to the nature of the product, We do not accept returns or refunds. Reasons include but are not limited to:
• Product problems due to improper use.
• Package stolen/package maliciously damaged.
• Wrong size/hardness/model/color ordered after receipt.
• Did not like it after receiving it and no longer want it.
• Found it unsuitable after receiving it.
